Sarah & Sando sit down with Tanya Rockovich & Emily Pastrana, the energetic and passionate founders of the Next Gen Birth Plan. They went from hyping each other up on Instagram to founding a new community for birthing people that's positive, accessible, and very empowering. We talk a lot about confidence in this episode, and while Tanya & Emily have a specific interest in helping those who are pregnant or postpartum feel more confident, we talk a lot about feeling confident and empowered in all aspects of our medical care, well-being, and beyond.
