When you speak of Truth and Beauty many things come to mind and you can now add exquisite food and drinks to that. Our guest this week on the Steeples and Peoples podcast is situated conveniently on the canal and we visited and talked with chef and owner ,Doug Vaira. Doug talks about his extensive background in the culinary arts in which he has worked for a lifetime and how he has brought his creative background in the food industry to Frederick’s canal area. He shares with us his drink menu which features local distilleries and breweries along with some of his collaborations in the community. Do yourself a favor and go visit Doug on Saturday or Sunday for brunch then take a stroll down the canal to walk off the delights he will serve up.
